By using Prismastra you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Prismastra shows short original summaries of news from third-party publishers, with attribution and links to the full articles. Summaries are for information only and are not a substitute for the full publisher article. See also our Disclaimer.

2. No advice

News, finance, health and scheme information in Prismastra is general information only. It is not financial, legal, medical or investment advice. Verify important decisions with the original publisher or a qualified professional.

3. Intellectual property

Publisher articles, images and trademarks belong to their owners. Prismastra's own name, icon, Prisma Streak and Do-you-know explainer text are Prismastra's. Do not copy Prismastra's content or branding without permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its feed server, or use it to break any law. Prismastra may stop serving a device that abuses the feed.

5. Liability

Prismastra is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Indian law, Prismastra is not liable for actions you take based on a summary, for publisher content, or for temporary feed outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
