Data Deletion

Prismastra stores your app data (bookmarks, Prisma Streak, cached news, optional Google sign-in name/email) only on your phone. There is no Prismastra account server to delete from.

Delete it yourself, instantly

1. Open Prismastra.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete my local data and confirm.
4. Your bookmarks, streak, cached news and Google sign-in on that phone are cleared immediately. If you signed in with Google, you are also signed out.

Ask us to help

If you cannot open the app, email the Grievance Officer at errormahajan@gmail.com with subject "Prismastra data deletion" and the phone model (no password, no OTP, ever). We will confirm what, if anything, we hold — normally nothing, because we hold no server account data — within 30 days.
